
I have continued experimenting with motion tracking and added particles that follow motion captured through a webcam. A similar version is currently on display at the DeVos Art Museum as part of the artLAB exhibit. If you have a webcam you can view an example here.
I have been experimenting with motion tracking using Flash recently. A good resource to start with is the Soulwire blog. He has some ActionScript code to start with along with some detailed explanations. I plan to incorporate a particle generator with motion tracking for a gallery piece in March. For now I have a test using a red square. If you have a webcam try it out.

Google has taken their street view technology off the streets and into art museums around the world with Google Art Project. You literally get to walk through the halls of these museums with 360 degree views of the art on the walls. What’s next Google? Street view of Mars?.
